Gigas Winery

Gika Winery is active in the field of vineyards and wine with a history of four generations. On the mythical slopes of Kithairon of SE Boeotia is located our vineyard of 150 acres at an altitude of 350-400 meters. The varieties Assyrtiko, Malagouzia, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot are cultivated with special care in the privately owned vineyard. The sandy loam soil with its slight slopes and its NE orientation, create a unique microclimate (terroir) and help the varieties to highlight their optimal characteristics.The winery is housed in a stone building and is located NE of Attica, with modern equipment that serves all the needs of classic and modern winemaking and is constantly supported by the privately owned oenological laboratory. There is a possibility of tasting and buying wines inside the winery.
