Selection of raw material from our own vineyards. Cryoextraction and fermentation in stainless steel tanks with limited interventions. A 5-month maturation on selected yeasts with periodic batonage, gives us this exceptional wine with its glowing color and green highlights. Aromatic character: Aromas of green apple, citrus and lemon.
Tasteful character: Strong acidity, long aftertaste and full body.
Tip: Enjoy the cool with seafood, oversized fish as well as white hunting.
Our winery is located in Choristi, Drama, Greece. We are a small winery that maintains the tradition and combines it with modern winemaking techniques, in order to have the best result in our products. For us, quality of the raw material is very important, so our vineyards are cultivated with respect to nature and mainly manual labor.
