This year, our winery has released a new light red (reddish) wine from the unique and rare Greek grape variety 'Kosmas', made using the exact same old traditional winemaking method used for our other wines. This wine is made with grapes harvested in 202 and with only 5 days contact with the stems.
The product has the name: "Doric Red Dry Wine, kokkineli".
Color: Vibrant red, aliko.
Aroma: Fruity, explosive aromatic bouquet.
Taste: Balanced body, subtle tannins, long aftertaste.
Recommended dishes: Salads, hard and soft cheese, summer appetizers, nuts, chocolate.
Cool and pleasant, served at 10 degrees Celsius. Summery!
