Varieties: Agiorgitiko, Moschofilero, Syrah
Color: Light cherry-red with pink highlights.
Nose: Clear,of moderate aromatic intensity, with intense aromas of bubble-gum, march-mellow, fig and small red fruits, like cherry, strawberry and forest-fruits.
Palate: Medium body with vibrant acidity. Balanced – at first stage – with pomegranate and nuts flavors, whist – at later stage – with plum marmalade taste.
Long pleasan aftertaste. To be served chilled at 8℃.
Taste harmony: As aperitif, with Asian food, sushi, pasta with light red sauses, oily food, salami/sausages platters and red-fruit pies.
