Wine with a bright greenish yellow color. Impressive nose dominated by aromas of citrus and small flowers, complemented by a full body with oily and characteristic long aftertaste. It is a fresh wine that is pleasantly drunk all year round.
The privately owned organic vineyards are located in the Rachi of Pieria at a height of 300m between Olympus and Pieria. The soils are sloping sandy to sandy limestone and contribute to the production of wine with excellent refinement and rich aroma. The microclimate in the vineyards of our area where the Assyrtiko, Chardonnay and Trebbiano varieties are cultivated is considered a mountainous continent with very cold winters, heavy rainfall in spring and cool summers due to proximity to the sea. The presence of nocturnal northeast sea winds favors their cultivation while retaining the typical aromas of each variety. The planting density is 340 yards per acre and the production does not exceed 400 liters of wine / acre.
If Olympus is known as the home of the gods, Pieria is known as the home of the Muses. In the shade of Olympus, its myths and on the outskirts of Pieria is the Kourtis Estate in Rachi of Pieria, 14 km from Katerini.
