Varieties: Agiorgitiko, Syrah
This “fresh” wine (2017) is produced by the noble varieties of Agiorgitiko and Syrah through the “cold soak” and alcoholic fermentation procedure in cold temperatures. The mixture remains in lees for a short-time, it is stirred a few times and is kept with controlled micro-oygenation.
Color: Ruby red with touches of violet.
Nose: Moderate aromatic intensity, with fruity character, where dominates the aroma of green pepper and red fruits, such as plums and berries.
Palate: Dry with intense acidity and rounded tannins. Distinctive spicy aromas (tobacco and peppercorn) enrich the flavor palate.
Pleasant and velvety aftertaste. To be served at 14 – 16℃.
