Dense black-red color with blue highlights. Fruity, elegant, complex nose, with high intensity and lasting aromas of ripe black fruits, spices, with herbal and animal notes on a vanilla background. Hot, round mouth, velvety tannins, with strong aromas of ripe fruits, peppers, vanilla and chocolate. An impeccably balanced, complex, delicious wine, with unique style.
The privately owned organic vineyards are located in the Rachi of Pieria at a height of 300m between the mountain ranges of Olympus and Pieria. The soils are sloping sandy loamy limestone and contribute to the production of excellent refined wine and rich aroma. The microclimate in the vineyards of our area where Syrah, Cabernet Sauvi-gnon, Xinomavro and Agiorgitiko are cultivated is considered a mountainous continent with very cold winters, heavy rainfall in spring and cool summer due to the proximity to the sea. The presence of nocturnal northeast sea winds favors their cultivation while retaining the typical aromas of each variety. The planting density is 340 yards per acre and the production does not exceed 400 liters of wine / acre.
