The single vineyard is located 500 meters from the coast of Epanomi peninsula.
Fermentation is carried out at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. When the process is completed,
the wine matures for 4 months with its fine leeks.
Appearance, Aromas, Taste
It has pale lemon color with greenish hues.
Complex nose with a sweet, distinctive presence of herbal and fruity aromas.
With notes of apricot, passion fruit and pineapple have an active place in the wonderful bouquet.
Fine aromas of chamomile, shale and quince emerge while remaining in the
glass. Exotic fruits, mango, passion fruit and peach are dominant
aromas of the long aftertaste.
