Varieties: Agiorgitiko, Syrah
This specific wine is produced by the international varieties of Syrah and Agiorgitiko through the traditional method of red winemaking.
The alcoholic fermentation is made under controlled temperatures and the procedure is followed by meta-fermentation extraction.
The malolactic fermentation and maturing process take place in French oak barrels of 500 lt. This specific process in combination with time and the ideal storage conditions contributes to an exquisite blend.
Color: Purple red with touches of violet and intense tears.
Nose: Bouquet of high aromatic intensity, with strong aromas of roasted nuts (hazelnut, almond), spice-mix (pepper, bay-leaf and clove), sultans and ripe plum.
Lingering and multi-dimentional aftertaste. To be served at 16- 18℃
Palate: Intense and rounded tannins. Distinctive spicy aromas (tobacco and peppercorn) enrich the flavor palate.
Taste harmony : Ideal for meat-lovers, hunting, spicy dishes, red meat, roasted meat and barbeque, as well as aged and piquant cheese platters.
