Pale lemon colour with green hues. Rose petals, orange stone fruits and meadow-sweet aromas. The flow in the mouth is languid but very balanced; slight oily texture, medium acidity and long aftertaste.
Pair it with: chicken with white sauce, lamb, apaki (Cretan traditional smoked pork), sea bream, soup with small fish, mussels, scallops, dolmadakia (stuffed grape leaves with rice and vegetables), Ceasar's salad, fresh and yellow cheese.

Titakis Winery is one of the biggest wineries in Crete. Its modern and constantly evolving facilities are in Kounavoi village near Heraklion, at the very heart of wine region of Peza and a few kilometres away from Knossos Palace. Built in 1972 with a pioneering design, it offers a perfect environment for the wine production process and α warm hospitality for the wine lovers. The privately-owned vineyardσ span approximately 10ha and it is in Messara valley at the foothills of Asterousia mountains. Indigenous Cretan (Vidiano, Moscato Spinas, Malvazia di Candia Aromatica, Kotsifali and Mandilari) and international (Merlot and Syrah) varieties are cultivated. With constant quality control throughout the crop season, with love and passion for the Cretan vineyard we handle its precious fruits and are proud to present remarkable wines.
