The vineyard is situated on the peninsula of Epanomi, 500 meters from the coastline.
Harvest season is of the utmost importance for Chardonnay, as the grapes lose valuable acidity
during the ripening process. Therefore, Chardonnay is harvested in the first week of August,
in order to achieve the right balance of acidity, aroma and structure of the wine.
Only the best grapes were selected for this wine, which is fermented in oak
barrels of 300 liters. After the racking process, is kept for another six months on the lees.
Eye-Nose-Palate
Bright yellow with golden reflections. Teh noise is trongly aromatic with green apple, pineapple, and a variety of flowers. The barrel vinification is supplementing it with vanilla and balsamic notes which overall
creates a wine with a highly interesting bouquet and an impressive body. Tropical fruits and spicy, smoky vanilla notes linger for a long time aftertaste
