Winemaking
The singe vineyard is located 500 meters frome the coastline of the Epanomi peninsula. The fermentation takes place at lower limit temperatures in stainless steel tanks. Wine finishes and matures for 5 months on it's fine lees.
Eye, Nose, Palate
In the glass greenish reflections areembedded ina light lemon color.
Lively, natural acidity with a complex range of citrus, fresh cut grass accompanied by a hint of minerality. Notes of passion fruit, quince, apricot and pineapple. In the long aftertast one can taste exotic fruits such as mango, maracuja and citrus fruits.

On it's own, goat chees Oysters, shrimp and grilled or fried fish of any kind
